Born and raised in Hong Kong and England, Goudie is a ceramic artist with a diverse Chinese and English heritage that inform and enrich her artistic path. Goudie now calls the vibrant and creatively charged landscapes of California home.

“Working with stoneware intrigues me: it has a malleability to catapult thoughts into tangible existence, a fragility to testify to all impermanence, a memory to argue with the direction you push it in, and a durability to outlive and forget its creator.
